An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.

The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.
At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.
Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.
Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.
We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

TEAMWORK, NOT PRESSURE. FAIRNESS, NOT DISCRIMINATION✊
Honour the commitment-implement 5 Days Banking.
Withdraw the discriminatory PLI scheme and resolve residual issues through bilateral discussions.
Our Work. Our Right. Our Future

If every employee is expected to deliver on targets, why should PLI benefit only a select few?
Banking is a collective effort. Rewards should reflect collective contribution.
5-Day Banking + Fair PLI = Fairness.

PSBs r not “COOL" ? they’re always on their toes, handling massive footfalls of countless Govt schemes.
All GEN want better tech & faster service.

The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

Collective performance was meant to dictate incentives; the DFS unilateral scheme undermines that principle. this PLI is postion linked, abolish this unfair PLI #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia

Banking is not an individual Game, it is a Team management for all stakeholders
Let us work together towards maintaining a collective respect that nourishes both individual and team performance equally. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia

PLI is not perfomance linked, it is Position linked!
Disregarding the commitment to 5-day banking sends a detrimental message about valuing the workforce in the banking sector. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia
They call it “Performance Linked Incentive.” We call it “POSITION Linked Incentive.”
Scale I–III: demonetisation at midnight, Jan Dhan in villages, Mudra, KCC, APY, PMJJBY, one customer, one form, one target at a time. And the reward? 15 days’ pay.
Meanwhile, Scale IV & above can get up to 360 days’ basic pay.
360 vs 15.
If this is “performance,” perhaps the real qualification is simply POSITION.
Same bank. Same targets. Same storm.
But apparently, only some are rowing.

Discrimination kills motivation. Unbroken commitment fuels resistance!
The protest is everywhere—even in the remotest branch of the country: BOI, Chenloisho,Nagaland.
From metros to last mile, the workforce stands UNITED against discrimination. & division.

All bank employees, regardless of their position, should enjoy equitable participation in benefits and incentives rather than few people sitting in executove lounges who are also participating in building the National #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia
