LEBANESE FORCES LEADER TO JD VANCE: REMOVE IRAN FROM LEBANON

Samir Geagea, leader of the Lebanese Forces party, thanked Vice President JD Vance for his concern for Lebanon’s Christians and said the greatest help the U.S. can offer is to back the Lebanese state—not Hezbollah, not Iran.

Geagea said Hezbollah has weakened Lebanon’s institutions, hijacked national decision-making, dragged Lebanon into Iranian wars, crushed the economy, and pushed many Lebanese, including Christians, to emigrate.

His message was clear:

Support the Lebanese state.
Restore full sovereignty.
Disarm Hezbollah.
End Iranian control over Lebanon.

That, he said, is the path to saving Lebanon for Christians and all Lebanese.
