Headveil should be a choice, if you feel comfortable with it then ok. If you don't then don't wear it. No one should force women to wear one. Headveils aren't inherently oppressive but when you force women to wear them that's where the problem arises.
Marjane Satrapi reminds the world that at one point the left still believed in a universalist promise of freedom and emancipation for all and thus was more than a mere anti-white resentment cult. And leftists can't forgive her for that.
