You’re using the word ‘corruption,’ but the examples you gave don’t actually establish corruption. They describe mismanagement, regulatory violations, and allegations that haven’t been proven. Those are legitimate things to criticize, but they’re different from saying the organization is corrupt.

None of what you said should discourage a rational person from helping their fellow citizen by donating blood with the American Red Cross.

Money is a great incentive but it needs to be voluntary for ethical and safety reasons. Unlike plasma centers everything we collect is transfused directly into patients in need unlike plasma centers that’s used to manufacture medications.

I think there’s a difference between an organization having critics and having a reputation for corruption. The American Red Cross is one of the most scrutinized nonprofits in the country. It undergoes independent financial audits, is overseen by regulators, and consistently receives high ratings from charity watchdogs for accountability and financial health. I don’t think it’s fair to characterize the organization as “corrupt.”

It almost feels like that. I’ve read many “literary” stories and the plot is always the same. MC walks from place to place and person to person before they realize something about themselves.

No choices to make and no opposition to a goal that isn’t yourself doesn’t make for a good story.

People have literally lost the plot.

S2 excelled at the parts that made ReZero great.
It had great character development, a mystery that slowly unfolded with new interesting elements building on what came before and a climax that was emotionally satisfying and moved the narrative.

S3 was lacking in almost all of ReZeros best elements.
