Went for a routine oil change on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 2 PM that was $108. Drove home to leave for a road trip the next day. Realized upon arrival to Tulsa from Houston, my car was leaking oil the entire drive. If you want your drain plug cross threaded and stripped,

Called Take 5 on Shepherd in Houston repeatedly and left messages. No one has called me back or responded to my review

I will update and/or delete this review if and when the shop manager calls me back and refunds me for my oil change, a new oil pan and new synthetic oil + nearly giving me and my family a heart attack. But thanks for the free water and nearly blowing my car up. Pics attached

causing you to lose all your oil and need a new oil pan along with new synthetic oil 2 days after paying $108 for said oil change, then this is the place to go. I have called and left the shop manager a message with details and to return my call ASAP.
