Congratulations to our 2023 FEAS Award Winners and Certificates of Appreciation recipients! We were pleased to give out these awards at our Annual Faculty Retreat!
Thank you very much @TurnbullWhitby, Whitby's member of parliament for your continual support to Project Arrow and @ontariotech_u . Durham region has been home for this innovative first Canadian EV car.

Yesterday, I was proud to help showcase Canada’s first zero emissions concept vehicle - every part of the vehicle is made & designed in 🇨🇦 💪. With a 3-D printed chassis & a solar-powered roof, this incredible innovation.. (1/3)

Fantastic day with Arrow on Parliament Hill! I am so proud of @ontariotech_u team being present in this memorable day meeting the members of the Parliament and prime minister @JustinTrudeau!
What a day on Parliament Hill with @APMACanada Project Arrow suppliers, partners & @JustinTrudeau!
So proud of this lighthouse project with @FedDevOntario, @OVINhub & @economie_quebec.
It’s now back on the road showing the world what incredible things Team 🇨🇦 can do together.
We had a winner today!
Our capstone project "IoT Enabled Vibration Monitoring Toward Smart Maintenance" won the first place @OT_FEAS capstone competition. It is a nice implementation of #LIVE#DigitalTwins philosophy developed @Ad2mLabs , @ontariotech_u@OntUniv@mohsentay
The @OT_FEAS students, staff, and faculty throughly enjoyed today’s #ExperienceDay. Was a great turnout for one of Canada’s up-and-coming young universities @ontariotech_u. Had fun presenting our #electricalengg program and speaking about our unique #SmartGrid specialization.
A great Experience Day @OT_FEAS , where the future students experienced teaching and learning environment for high class engineering education. Thanks to all FEAS staff and faculty contributed to this great event, today. @ontariotech_u
Big news! @BreakfastTV was at ACE to showcase @APMA’s Project Arrow! Thanks to support from @AvivaCanada, @OT_FEAS students have the opportunity to be a part of this ground breaking initiative and you can find many of them next week at the @autoshowcanada in Toronto.
Watching 🇨🇦s of all ages interact with Project Arrow, listening to them talk about 🇨🇦 & cars, what they like, what they don’t like has me think one thing.
We hit it right. This car is going to be step one in so many 🇨🇦 journeys.
Go Team 🇨🇦.
Dr. Hossein Rostami completed the first successful Cotutelle Double Degree PhD for both @ontariotech_u and @usponline. A combination of Mechatronics MEMS applications, and advanced topology optimization in design of delegate sensors can be seen in Hossein's Thesis.
One Ontario Tech graduate student has added an impressive accomplishment to their resumé as the university’s first student to complete a cotutelle PhD.

It was a great honor for all of our faculty members, researchers, and students @ontariotech_u contributed in fabrication of #ProjectArrow, to hear today’s statement in the Legislature.
I was honoured to rise in Legislature this morning to deliver my Members Statement to report that @ontariotech_u in Oshawa was the build partner for Project Arrow, Canada's Pioneering Full-Build Zero Emission concept vehicle.

@kishawyHA@OT_FEAS A pure demonstration of partnership between industries and university to create something novel! Proud to see #OntarioTech_U 's logo with so many great Canadian industries in this national project.
At Ontario tech University @ot_ontariotech_u we @OT_FEAS graduate well-rounded engineers who are not only strong in the fundamentals of engineering, math and science but also in creativity, design, teamwork and leadership abilities.
Now that project arrow is unveiled, here’s some cool behind the scenes footage. I’m proud of Canada 🇨🇦 for pulling this off, but I’m most proud of our students who got a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on a prototype and knocked it out of the park. Well done!
As the faculty lead of #ProjectArrow , I was delighted to see how our students @OT_FEAS successfully translated their classroom learnings to life-long learning experience in this state of the art collaboration of @ontariotech_u with @APMACanada
