@curious2bme @atieno_semmon @DIRECTV I was on hold for a very long time too. Finally got thru. There is a widespread outage with no eta for repair. The person I spoke to recommended a hard reset but it didn't work for me. A hard reset is holding down the reset button for 20 secs. Good luck I hope it works for you.
