@kroger I just made an order for pickup this afternoon. I chose the 4pm -5pm pickup time and that was confirmed when I submitted. However, I then received an email that showed pickup time of 3pm - 4pm. You’ve got a disconnect somewhere!!

@volvocars With 3G being sunset, what is the plan to address the loss of features that customers depend on daily? I keep hearing upgrade plans will be made available, but nothing seems to have materialized. This lack of information is unacceptable!!

Completely agree! @VolvoCarsUSA you need to resolve the issue of lost features due to the sunset of 3G. We need a solution NOW!

@VolvoCarUSA other manufacturers provided solutions to 3G sunset. Why not you &why use older tech so long? I no longer have features that were “must-haves”-wouldn’t have bought without. I’ve loved my Volvo til now but will never recommend/buy Volvo again unless fixed.
