@prairieoceanboy I'm first a born Canadian who served in the Canadian military for 10 years. I have lived in different places and also hold British and New Zealand citizenship. Anyways if he is what you call 'stay at home' husband now, surely that's ok. 4 kids, career, etc.
@Bobafrith1 @FitzmauriceLuke True co-governance needs to be tried, here and other places/countries. We didn't even give Māori Health Authority a chance. Lost opportunity to see if something new could work.
@ProfHat @academicpiracy@JPAEJournal Sorry, also, looks like a great book and needed, if only all those years ago this existed before I made a hash of lecturing on a stage (literally) in front of 200+ business students...
@acagamic oh my this is so true, and so few people know it outside of the small group of people who live this life (lots of professors don't do all these things) - SO many expectations
I work with my students on defining the policy problem, and National are not being well advised or choosing to ignore good advice - attendance at school= bad parenting... nooo not again... how about framework for schooling is old, not fit for purpose....

@smgaddis Endless requests to peer review and now I also ask others to peer review. Getting 'no's' back or no response at all... I see it from both sides now. It's a brutal system.
@acagamic 99% of papers (or higher) will never be remembered by anybody. Relationships, friendships, how you made people feel.... that's something you will be remembered for, good or bad.
@FitzmauriceLuke An unthoughtful listener might find something they like in it... sadly. His spin could be considered clever...I'm worried too for what it's worth.
