Just received this from Johnson (one of his last acts as PM?). To be clear, Scotland will have the opportunity to choose independence - I hope in a referendum on 19 October 2023 but, if not, through a general election. Scottish democracy will not be a prisoner of this or any PM.

Outrageous behaviour from @RoyalMail delivery today! The doorbell rang for a delivery I had been waiting for all morning. When I got to the door he just posted a failed delivery card through. He was still in his van in my drive and totally ignored me and drove away!!

@DestinationShow total rip off! £25 for this pathetic event. Max 6 exhibitors, speakers if you want to hang around all day. Spoke to half a dozen people who paid only £2.50 They had emails with the offer due to poor take up! Travelled 2 hrs for this. Requested refund!
