LEAVE IT FOR GOD
For those who are seated on the highway of life, worrying about tomorrow, despairing about life’s uncertainties, and murmuring about life’s problems, there is good news for you. We serve a God who oftentimes brings good out of evil; He uses unpleasant circumstances to uncover His mighty grace and promise in the lives of His people. Joseph was a man who faced rejection from his own people, but God used his rejection for his advancement. What is your situation? Are you rejected, disappointed, or abandoned? Are you in pain and don’t know what life will bring? Leave it for God. Nobody can replace God's plan for your life.
We fail to realise that God is helping us build character now so that when we get to the place of destiny, we will not crack, explode and lose it all. God has purposefully kept us in the dark concerning future events so we can always be alert, watchful, and prayerful. 1 Corinthians 1:27 teaches us that God sometimes works most wisely and most powerfully in a way directly opposite to human expectations. Do not allow your situation to weigh you down. A real Christian depends upon God’s grace and puts his trust in Christ alone. It is this grace that gives us hope that no matter the situation, the best is yet to come.
Prayer: Oh Holy Spirit, help me to see beyond my present situation, in Jesus’ name! Amen!

Evangelist Jemila quotes Prophet TB Joshua: “Your life will not change until you change something you do daily.” She goes on: “Your challenges are not the issue, but your weaknesses. Challenges are a way of life but your weakness has do to with habit. You have to reshape your destiny by living above your weakness, i.e. to allow God to speak strength in your weakness.”
Evangelist Jemila says: “Acknowledge your weakness and seek true repentance! Is it enough to be sorry for one’s sins or mistakes when one is not determined to amend their bad ways? Can we really say we have repented, if we are not willing to resist the temptation to go back to our previous lifestyle? True repentance is not only feeling sorrow for the sins committed but breaking away from sin. Your weakness does not matter to God but your willingness to change and overcome it. Weakness is an opportunity to run to God!”
