@bt_uk 7 hours of phone calls and 3 weeks later we are no further forward. Inept advice & rude staff doesn’t help the situation. This seems to be the only street in Edinburgh where only bt can be used! How unlucky are we?! 😱😪
@bt_uk The problem is I can’t. You closed my account. You said my line was hijacked. You didn’t even contact me, just shut it down. I was told to set up a new line. Apparently I was told wrongly! Tenants have had 3 weeks with no broadband. I still have no account. 🙈😕
