Very saddened to read in @FinancialTimes that Denmark’s postal service is ceasing letter delivery completely. I suppose only a matter of time before the same happens in the UK. Am getting out the fountain pen for a final flurry just in case

@LNER For us, in Berwick-upon-Tweed, it means half the number of direct trains to London and at 10-25 minutes added on to every journey. NOT impressed
