اس فیصلے سے مزاحمت اور جدوجہد کی تاریخی مرحلے کا آغاز ہوگا۔

جس دن ہمارے ساتھیوں کے مقدمات کو فیس لیس ٹرائل میں منتقل کیا گیا، پراسیکیوٹر کی جانب سے ججز پر ٹرائل کو تیز کرنے اور سزا سنانے کے لیے مسلسل زور دیا گیا، اور عدالت کے رویے سے ظاہر ہونے والی بے چینی سامنے آئی، اسی دن ہمیں اندازہ ہوگیا تھا کہ انصاف نہیں بلکہ پہلے سے طے شدہ سزائیں ہمارا انتظار کر رہی ہیں۔

لیکن بلوچ قوم یہ حقیقت کبھی فراموش نہیں کرے گی کہ پرامن سیاسی آوازوں کو خاموش کرانے کے لیے صرف پولیس، قانون نافذ کرنے والے ادارے، حکومت اور خفیہ ایجنسیاں ہی متحرک نہیں تھیں، بلکہ انصاف کے ایوان بھی اس عمل میں شریک تھے۔ وہی عدلیہ جس سے مظلوموں نے امید باندھی تھی کہ وہ ظلم کے سامنے دیوار بنے گی، اسی نے ظالم کے ہاتھ مضبوط کیے۔ وہی ججز جن پر انصاف کی ذمہ داری عائد تھی، انہوں نے انصاف کا ترازو طاقتوروں کے حق میں جھکا دیا اور یوں آزاد اداروں کے بجائے اقتدار کے اشاروں پر چلنے والی کٹھ پتلیوں کا کردار ادا کیا۔ تاریخ گواہ رہے گی کہ جب مظلوم انصاف مانگ رہے تھے تو ریاست کے مختلف ستون ایک صف میں کھڑے ہو کر ان کی آواز دبانے میں مصروف تھے اور یوں اپنے حق کے لئے کھڑے ہونے والے مظلوموں کو عمر قید کی سزائیں دی گئیں۔

The sit-in of BYC leaders inside the jail is continuing. Today is the sixth day of it. It started against the faceless trials of their proceedings.
The situation began when the Prosecutor General of Balochistan came to a trial, pressured the judge, and said that he was sent by the Home Department of Balochistan. After that, the judge converted the trials into faceless ones with day to day proceedings.
In these faceless trials, the judge, prosecutor, witnesses, BYC leaders, and their lawyers are all will be in different rooms, connected only through a screen. No one will knows who the witness is or from where they are giving their testimony. We cannot even submit a single application in this process. Neither the judge nor the jail staff facilitating the faceless trials, accepts any application.
My sister and other BYC Leaders are not even getting a chance for a fair trial. We will fight till the end, and the state must be clear that we will not back off and will continue to stand and resist this oppression.
The families and lawyers are not allowed to meet them. We make it clear to the establishment that if we are not allowed to meet them, then we will stage a protest or a sit-in.
Our next step will be announced later.

جہاں ایک طرف بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کی پوری قیادت فیس لیس ٹرائل کے خلاف احتجاجاً جیل کے اندر دھرنا دیے بیٹھی ہے، وہیں دوسری جانب دھرنے کے آغاز کے بعد گرفتار کیے گئے ساتھیوں کے اہلِ خانہ کو گزشتہ چھ روز سے ان سے ملاقات کی اجازت بھی نہیں دی جا رہی۔ جیل کے اندر دھرنے پر بیٹھے ان افراد کی صحت، حالت اور ان کے ساتھ روا رکھے جانے والے سلوک کے بارے میں ان کے اہلِ خانہ مکمل بے خبری اور شدید اضطراب کا شکار ہیں۔

فیس لیس ٹرائل کے تحت زیرِ حراست افراد کو اپنے دفاع کا مؤثر حق نہ دینا بذاتِ خود انصاف اور قانونی تقاضوں کی صریح خلاف ورزی ہے، لیکن اس سے بھی زیادہ تشویشناک اور غیر قانونی اقدام یہ ہے کہ قیدیوں کو ان کے اہلِ خانہ سے ملاقات کے بنیادی حق سے بھی محروم رکھا جا رہا ہے۔ جب قوانین کو من مانی انداز میں تشکیل دیا جائے، ان کی بنیاد پر مقدمات چلائے جائیں، اور پھر انہی قوانین کی آڑ میں بنیادی حقوق سلب کیے جائیں، تو یہ عمل انصاف، آئین اور قانون کی حکمرانی کے تصور کو شدید نقصان پہنچاتا ہے۔

فکریہ امر یہ ہے کہ جن اداروں پر آئین اور قانون کے تحفظ کی ذمہ داری عائد ہوتی ہے، اگر وہی خود قانونی اصولوں اور آئینی ضمانتوں کو پامال کریں، تو پھر عوام سے قانون کے احترام کی توقع کس بنیاد پر کی جا سکتی ہے؟ قانون کی بالادستی کا تقاضا یہ ہے کہ سب سے پہلے ریاستی ادارے خود آئین اور قانون کی پابندی کریں، نہ کہ انہیں اپنی مرضی کے مطابق استعمال یا نظرانداز کریں۔

آج چھٹے روز بھی ہدہ جیل کے اندر بی وائی سی کے رہنماؤں کا فیس لیس ٹرائل کے خلاف دھرنا جاری ہے۔پانچ روز قبل تنظیم کے رہنماؤں نے فیس لیس کورٹ کے فیصلے کو مسترد کیا اور اس کے خلاف جیل میں دھرنا شروع کیا، جو آج چھٹے روز میں داخل ہونے جارہا ہے۔

رہنماؤں کے دھرنے کے اعلان کے بعد تنظیم کی جانب سے تین روزہ آنلائن احتجاج کا اعلان کیا گیا جو گزشتہ تین دنوں سے جاری ہے۔ اس احتجاج میں مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد نے حصہ لیا اور فیس لیس ٹرائیل جیسے غیر آئینی عمل کے خلاف اپنے مؤقف اور تحفظات کا اظہار کیا ہے

بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی بلوچ قوم، سیاسی کارکنوں، طلبہ، وکلاء، دانشوروں اور انسانی حقوق کے کارکنوں سے اپیل کرتی ہے کہ وہ فیس لیس ٹرائل کے خلاف مسلسل آواز بلند کرتے جائیں۔ یہ عمل ایک جبر زدہ سماج کے لیے مزید گھٹن کا ماحول تخلیق کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔

بلوچستان میں جاری انسانیت سوز مظالم کے خلاف آواز اٹھانے والوں کے خلاف اگر قانون ہی ہتھیار بن جائے تو یہ نظام کسی بھی انسان کے لیے ناقابلِ برداشت ہو جائے گا۔ اوپن کورٹ ٹرائل کے حق کے حصول تک تنظیم کے ساتھیوں کا دھرنا جاری رہے گا۔ باشعور عوام سے گزارش ہے کہ وہ بھی اپنی آواز بلند کرتے رہیں۔

- End online and jail-based trials and restore open courtroom hearings so that court proceedings are conducted in a transparent manner and remain accessible to the public.

- Replace the Presiding Judge and appoint a new, impartial judge to hear this case, as the current judge, Mobeen, has shown state bias from the outset of the proceedings. The application filed by the detained BYC leaders seeking a change of judge must be heard immediately, and a new judge should be assigned without delay.

- Stay all judicial proceedings related to this case until a new judge is appointed and open courtroom hearings are restored, ensuring that the trial is conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the principles of justice.

Seventeen years have passed since Zakir Majeed Baloch was forcibly disappeared on 8 June 2009. For nearly two decades, his mother has carried the burden of an unending search, from protest camps to courtrooms and commissions, demanding only one answer: where is her son? Yet the state has failed to provide any information about his fate or whereabouts, prolonging a cruel cycle of suffering and uncertainty.

The enforced disappearance of Zakir Majeed Baloch is not an isolated case. It reflects a wider pattern that has left thousands of families trapped in permanent anguish. Enforced disappearance is a crime against humanity. It violates international law, fundamental human rights, and the basic principles of human dignity. The continued denial of truth and justice amounts to collective punishment inflicted upon victims and their families.

We must stand firmly against enforced disappearances and all forms of human rights violations. Silence in the face of injustice only strengthens impunity. Every forcibly disappeared person must be accounted for, every family deserves answers, and those responsible must be held accountable. Standing with the victims is not a choice. It is a moral and human obligation.
