just finished the book "Let's go" by @ajmedwards and it is honestly amazing how much it covers regarding a web application by building a simple yet instructive app. 10/10 recommend 👏

@javikolog I wouldn't say about optimizations as much as best practices. For example how to properly configure and set up your server with encryption suites and why it's important, talking about potential security issues if a read/write timeouts aren't defined, ssr with secure keys and test

I think it speaks to the company's ethos when they are looking to only hire senior positions. It tells me: they don't have a learning/growth roadmap they can trust for their own junior/mid employees. Which shows me they want to cure the symptom not the problem
