@nfitzm It's flipping horrible mate. I got stung in Scotland here a few weeks ago with @VirginMoney. They managed to take a 10k loan out in my name on top of raiding my accounts. Thankfully it all got resolved. One of the worst feelings ever. You'll get sorted though mate 👍🏻
