Hey @GWRHelp - a quickie,

I’m now having to get the 07.15 every Wednesday, from Taunton to Paddington and return Friday on the 18.03. Have done now for 2 weeks.

Delayed by at least 20 mins every journey thus far.

What is happening to our rail services?

There are regularly no toilets on the 2h 20 trip from Sheffield to London in recent times but this is over 5 hours!

Interested to know if you do ‘speak to our onboard staff for further advice/assistance’ what they can actually do!
