You collect payments instantly while booking tickets,but why does the refund after cancellation take 3–4 days?

It’s 2026 everything is digital and fast. Please improve the refund process and introduce same-day refunds for cancelled tickets.

@movie_leo50294 Why are there no Ticket Checkers in Mumbai local trains after 10 PM? I’ve never seen one in the First Class coaches at night. Without ticket checks, First Class and Second Class become almost the same. Railway authorities should deploy TCs during night hours too. @RailwaySeva
