When I submit the ticket, it goes to resolution without any human interaction...
Just the bot that redirects me to some help links but doesn't seem to have anything to do with my request.

I'm having a problem with the event system on my community discord.
Some are displayed when it's time, but are deleted 5 minutes max later.
Also, at the next recurrence (if it's a recurring event), the photo banner disappears.
