BOOM! Judge resisted desperate efforts by Defendants legal team to have the case thrown out. The case will go to Crown Court in Reading on 1st October 2024 for the next step in proceedings.

Anthony Bates was forced to stand in the dock and provide a plea to each of the various charges of criminality. He pled not guilty to all charges but is on bail until the October hearing.
