On Tuesday 17th March the @GlobalGiving Little by Little campaign starts. @ngoIHMP has a project to support adolescent girls continue their education in rural India.
'Little by Little' really does add up to something extraordinary.

You dont seem to see the large amount of work a small charity with only volunteers will have to gp through to get back to where we should be and that's without the loss of donations as standing orders fail

So today i found out that our @LloydsBank charity account was closed last week and the £16k sent out as a cheque. Had a letter dated 28th Oct received 8th Nov asking to add an email to the account. Account closed so failed to comply!

@LloydsBank Katy hopefully a complaints lady is looking into this for me, but i was told straight of there is nothing we can do for you. The account is closed so over to you to sort out your donations and global giving transfers and then supporting your friends in India, tough luck here

In our 1st year @LloydsBank gave is £945 compensation for a number of cock ups
Business banking unable to tell me the reason why we were not informed of the decision to close account.
Absolute chaos now with donations to be rejected and @GlobalGiving going to hold disbursements

Girls who have just reached menarche from 5 villages attend a one day workshop on menstrual cycle and hygiene with the village ASHA at @ngoIHMP . IHMP pays for their travel and the ASHA wage compensation from CSR funding.

As chairman of the Friends of IHMP, I am welcomed by the adolescent girls in a village near Aurangabad who were going to perform a street play on the importance of education supported by @ngoIHMP
