Providing a hot meal for children in schools eliminates immediate hunger and keeps children well-nourished.

My office is committed to supporting the school feeding programme to enhance greater investment in the children of The Gambia.

Today is Africa Day of School Feeding and I was delighted to serve food and refreshments to school children as part of activities marking the day.

School feeding is essential and a step towards achieving Zero hunger.
