I can't believe what a horrible experience I've had trying to get my billing straightened out, it's been messed up ever since we moved to a new house. The
latest insult was being on a call for 45 minutes,
told I was being transferred, then hung up on.

Meaning, “Actually doing that thing sounds uncomfortable, so let’s dilute it with compromises so I don’t have to change.”
Hey @SouthwestAir… somehow my bag was lost between the plane and baggage claim last night. It has my pushcart, all my clothing for this weeks’ tournament, and basically everything but my clubs. I can’t get any response from the baggage desk at DEN. Can you help find my bag? 😫❤️
@tottinge I'd propose Rational Unified Process (RUP), which its creators assured us was *totally* iterative and agile... and also required a buttload of documentation. ;-)
