@flobeier @dhh The real answer is true democratisation of the grid - but it needs to be mandated by Governments as it's in no ones (company's) interest to reduce the cost of electricity.
When every home has battery storage and home to grid is widespread, electricity should be near to free.

Your driver took the turn whilst we were waiting on the corner. The lorry - far too big for the corner - mounted the pavement where we were standing, and the trailer followed, taking up 3-4ft where we were standing.
