Lainee and the student Body officers. made this sportsmanship video for the UHSAA this last Fall. Lainee videoed and edited it and put it together. Today the UHSAA awarded her 1000 dollars to go to the school. So proud of her. @SevierSchoolDis@UHSAAinfo
This great message was sent to me by a friend.
Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.
Sometimes we spend so much time and energy thinking about where we want to go that we don't notice where we happen to be.
One of the main reasons that we lose our enthusiasm in life is because we become ungrateful…we let what was once a miracle become common to us. We get so accustomed to his goodness it becomes a routine.
Be thankful for your allotment in an imperfect world. Though better circumstances can be imagined, far worse are nearer misses than you probably care to realize. Be thankful for life, be thankful for opening your eyesight, to breathe, to walk, to eat, to hear, to speak, to sit, to jump, to dance and the ability to have all your senses.
Enjoy a happy Thanksgiving, #BBN!
Big thank you legislators & state board members who took time for a brief lunch meeting to discuss education issues today. Reps Albrecht, Johnson, Thurston, Welton, Bolinder, Lund, and State Board Member Norton… Thank you! Collaboration is key. #utahway#uted#seviersdstrong

This was a study that our team conducted. We’ve replicated these findings across different grade levels and in different school communities and contexts. 1. Greet students authentically, 2. Precorrect behavior, 3. High interest entry task, and 4. Restorative conversations.
Super excited to run into @NorthSevierHS student Miguel Mayorga today during the legislative session. He is spending a few days shadowing Representative @cralbrecht52 Awesome opportunity for an outstanding @SevierSchoolDis student!!! #seviersdstrong
I know this isn’t novel but.... teachers and staff work extremely hard and they are more likely to be successful in educating our students when students are actually in attendance! This is a basic principle that yields a massive dividend! Face-to-face connection matters!
