@premierinn - now been 3 weeks since i lodged a complaint, and now i am being asked to arrange a email connection between you and the booking agent! They are your business associates - why am i being asked to do this? (you have already admitted the error related to the compaint )
@SW_Help - Second time this has happened - SWT trains deducted money from my account but no train tickets sent through. Currently £541 out of pocket until the payments are reversed! @NatWest_Help say it is the fault of the retailer, and of course SWT say it is the bank's fault.
@nationalexpress - how to resolve a booking which didn't have a follow up email with QR code ? (ticket has been charged) - can't use "manage my bookings" either
@SW_Help and 'transaction failed" pop up when purchasing is not a way of saying that you have implemented security measures on suspicion of fraud - it is utterly confusing and contradictory
