This week, I chat with @baseballhall President Josh Rawitch (@HOFprez)! We discuss his baseball journey, the best parts of working at the Hall, exciting things to come this summer, and how items make their way to the museum.

Warning: May cause extreme goosebumps.

[Ryan Bass @Ry_Bass]

I didn’t know if we’d ever see baseball back at Tropicana Field after Oct. 9, 2024. To have this moment, and share it with our fans, you couldn’t help but be emotional. I love this team, this city and this ballpark.

@neilsolondz @RaysRadio See you there Neil!

[Tampa Bay Rays @RaysBaseball]

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since Hurricane Milton made landfall.

The strength and resilience of the Tampa Bay community cannot be overstated - we are so proud to call this place home.

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@DouglasBattista I completely agree, which is why I bought so quickly. Can't miss a second! Just moved back to the TB area after 15+ years of being forced to watch the Rays as the visitors in Arlington. This season has me feeling like 2008, it feels so good to be home!

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@DouglasBattista @MomSaysImUltra @msdukie1997 @TayVictoria8 Thank you so much! I sent Ken an email this morning based on someone else's suggestion. I'm sure he's insanely busy. I bought a whole strip of playoff tickets (2 seats) the moment they were released. Such an incredible season! I'm trying not to get too worked up over it yet.

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@DouglasBattista @MomSaysImUltra @msdukie1997 @TayVictoria8 I've called a few times. Everyone has been nice. Most recently, they said they're collecting information on the situation. So that sounds way more promising than the first call, where I was told there was nothing to be done. I hope this all works out!

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@MomSaysImUltra @msdukie1997 @TayVictoria8 Yeah. I upgraded my tickets 4 hours before this announcement. Moved to 302 from 309. Called the Rays ticket office and they let me do it. Feels kind of like a slap in the face. I hope they make it right. It’s such a special year, I’d hate to have a bad memory tied to it.

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@TayVictoria8 Wow. I bought an entire strip of postseason tickets when they went on sale. Then I called the Rays today to upgrade the tickets I accidentally bought an obstructed view and paid an extra $600 total to do so. Now they are selling tickets in the same section for HALF!?

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@mcwhiteDJ It’s perfect, love signing it on my way back to the car!

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@mcwhiteDJ Recently moved back and have been loving the song selection! Ashamed to say it took me a few games to clue in that each song was chosen so carefully for the situation. Was it your decision to play walking on sunshine after wins?

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@TayVictoria8 I honestly feel like this is the Raysiest Rays team ever. They have been such a joy to follow all year! To me, they seem even more cohesive than the ‘08 team.

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@RaysTheRoofTB 302!

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@Flewellen727 This play got me fired up just because they look like they are having so much fun. This is one of my favorite Rays teams ever…and that’s saying something.

[Neil Solondz @neilsolondz]

What a win and what a memorable day! #Raysup

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@zachbeeson22 Oh noooooo!

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@HawaiiCardLife @TexasAstro This is the safe way to do it!

[Hawaii Sports Card Life @HawaiiCardLife]

[Baseball Bucket List @BaseballBucket]

@HawaiiCardLife Keep me posted, we recently moved back to the Tampa Bay area!
