In my advertising and animation work It used to be that i would do the job then hand it off to a bunch interns for localization cut downs blah blah blah. More and more these days I'm being asked to stay on after I finish the main piece to do the work of 5 interns because none of these places seem to have internship programs anymore.
I'm happy for the billable hours and I've become very adept at automating that kind of work but, how are the youngest going to learn how to do this at a high level if were not even viewing them as an option for any work at all? I'm sorry to linked-in post here and i almost never post about my professional life but the lack of talent being fostered right now is something that's been bothering me for awhile.
