@ChrisMasterjohn Solid point. Seems to me that MMR = M+M+R, or am I missing something? Ergo, to have MMR you FIRST need to have M, M, R. which must be made before combining, like an omelet with eggs, ham, and cheese. It's so completely simple that one should not have to explain it.
