@sleepmasters_sa I feel like you're taking my complaint for granted. Honestly, the price of your bed doesn't match the quality. I’m truly disappointed and I just want a refund.
@sleepmasters_sa I'm frustrated with the poor service I've received. It's been over 10 working days and I still haven't gotten any help with my complaint. Your customer care team keeps giving me different responses and they even attached the wrong invoice to my complaint.
@sleepmasters_sa I'm tired of the back and forth with your team. The mattress is starting to sag on top, as shown on the picture attached, and it's only a week old. The quality is very poor. Please don't ask me to DM you, as I've already done so. Attend to my concerns urgently.
@sleepmasters_sa I bought a Restonic Bazaruto Queen bed online on 02 August, order # 0009130260, and it was delivered yesterday & l’m already noticing a crease that sags when hand pressed. I’d called customer care, got no helpful response. I’m dissatisfied and I want a refund.

I ordered a Cram decker pizza from Debonairs Vanderbijlpark S.E4 on the 02 June 2023. Firstly, my order took more than an hour to arrive. Secondly, the pizza was undercooked and i could barely see the cheese. I’m really disappointed in you guys.
