The Muslim who builds a Hindu temple for mushrikoon to worship there is not worshiping idols himself. So he is not commiting shirk. Again, the question is whether it's an act of kufr.

What is necessary in Islamic law is not judged by people's actions, especially when most people are not righteous people nor are they knowledgeable. It's just based on evidence in the Book.

Oh, yes. When people let go of their Deen, justify sinful actions, and start changing the Deen to for their vain desires.

Otherwise we would be righteous and our rulers would be as well.
