Hello @rpojalandhar @passportsevamea it’s been a week since police verification and a month since appointment but the status still says pending police verification. When will it be updated??? When will the passport be dispatched??

Hello @passportsevamea . This is regarding File no. JA307776098826. There has been no communication on police verification which is pending for more than 20 days now. We’ve been asked just to wait by the concerned police station. Please help

It has been more than a week since my parcel has arrived in the nearby warehouse. I’ve lodged complaints and still no resolution. Daily, I receive a message from Bluedart that my order will be delivered today; however all I get is “Entry restricted”!!

I ordered food via your app and few items were missing from my order. The chat support is really not helpful and it’s been 3 days that my query isn’t acknowledged.

The UAE visa which was expected on 25th Nov as mentioned on mmt app is still not there. I know people who got their visa within 2-3 days(from local agent) but mmt doesn’t care to inform.
Very few days are left for my trip and they don’t even care to respond!
