@CostaCoffee I cannot sign in to the app since the update and when I try to reset my password the link in the email asks me to sign in, which I obviously can't do. I was asked to update to the latest version but already have it and now am not getting replies to my DM :(

@virginmedia I can't sign up to manage my account online, I just keep getting "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one." despite my password meeting the criteria. I have tried several passwords and always get this message.

@InPostUK I have "Unsuccessful delivery attempt" and then "out for delivery" since Monday. I assume this means the locker was full? What happens now? Is it possible to get it delivered to another location? I have emailed support but they have been no help at all.
