Customer services admitted flight wasn’t full, so cancelled. Offered to rebook us with easyJet flights for extra £2000.
@Terristarfish@DaleHitchcock7@amii0484@TUIUK Nothing to do with fuel, everything to do with profit. Did the same with us 5 years ago. Flight wasn’t at full capacity, so cancelled as not profitable enough. We were less than 2 weeks from departure, for our family holiday.
@Bobby_Brozi@amii0484@TUIUK They did the same to us 5 years ago. Email to say our holiday was cancelled, followed by another email 2 minutes later, offering to rebook (but with easyJet flights) for an extra £2000.
@amii0484@TUIUK Did the exact same to us 4 years ago, 10 days out, and offered us the same holiday for £2000 more but flying with easyJet. Customer services finally admitted that the TUI flight wasn’t full, so they cancelled it and ruined 100’s of family holidays. No customer loyalty.

@htafc Letting Taylor go, and then letting him spend a million quid on Mumba (rumoured), only to sack him a day later, goes to show we still have serious issues behind the scenes too.
