Thank you so much for your kind words
These past few years I've witnessed first hand what endomitriosis is and its astounishing how very lil research has been devoted on it and how it needs much more considering so many woman suffer and have suffered from it
Currently my fiancee is in a chemically indused menopause, at 34, and we have to "argue" with the surgeon to put her on the list. It's crazy
Dumbest feature I've seen in 12 years on this platform
Can you image how much that cost and will cost?
Nobody asked for that
Here's an incredible idea, you want a stream recap of what you missed?
Ask the Streamer
They'll reply
Thus creating... Chat interactivity! Wooo
@ZeratoR Today weโre announcing our new Mid-Stream Summary experiment.
Stream summaries will generate a brief synopsis of what has been happening in the stream so you can jump right in without feeling like you missed out.
Amazon Ads to launch two AI Twitch Sponsorship tools at Twitchcon.
Campaign Assist will analyze how creators speak during sponsorships and prompt them on what they need to say, change tone, etc.
Chat Sentiment Analysis will process all chat messages to determine reactions.
well to be more fair, I wouldn't attribute my health problems solely on Subathons
But i do think, ppl can run a Subathon however they want to, they just need to be transparent with their community that supports it
I end stream and sleep in my bed with my CPAP machine, but i still stream WAY more hours then i would normally do
@Percussive173@Bananasplittii well she's calling ppl fake ass for not doing a Subathon the way she thinks it should be done
So i can understand pp being "upset"
@Percussive173 OH yeah of course you have to be transparent
My community knows how i run my Streamathons (i call em that cuz i prefer not only incentivizing subs)
But thats, IMO, BASIC Streaming in general
Transparency to your audience is #1
@Percussive173 But that's up to the community to go along with it or not
It's the same argument ppl were having when IRL streams became a thing
"They're not really streaming, they're just reacting"
At the end of the day, the power is in the viewers hands
Don't Gatekeep something that was made up in the first place
Subathon works however the streamer and their communities wish it to be
I've done it all, from 63 Hours non sotp no sleep to 44 Days
Now im 44 years old who had a heart attack
Yead i end stream after 16 hours, turn off my aging PC and sleep with my CPAP machine, then back at it 6 hours late
There's never been any rules as to what a Subathon is, its a made up event
I've done all sorts, I've stayed up Streaming non stop for 63 hours and I've done Subathongs for 44 days
But I'm also 45 years old who had a heart attack, I still do Streamathons, but when i go to sleep, I close my aging PC so that i can sleep with my CPAP Machine
Different realities for different people
