@VTuberSweets That’s very real… people I think are either too fearful to reach out or exclusively see it as transactional. It’s hard to know when people are being genuine or not!
You deserve good friendships and deserve to be included!
Keith David gets emotional and says he’s “living his dream” while accepting his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“I started out as a singer, then I wanted to be a preacher, and I wanted to be a lawyer and a bank president. Then I discovered I could be an actor and be all those things.”

Whenever I see discourse about VTubing not being 'a viable job', it's never the VTubers that work hard that are condescending to others. Most people understand the hard work that goes into streaming and content creation, especially at the volume that is necessary to grow today.
It's embarrassing that in 2026, a time when most jobs have proven to be doable from home, everyone praises hustle culture, everything is monetizable, we shame people for working from home in exactly the system that is being more and more normalized.
It gives 'homeless people can just pull themselves up by their bootstraps, why are they so lazy, just get a job' flavour entitlement.
