A good outing for Maryland RHP transfer Logan Hastings. Only blemish was a long home run from Jayce Tharnish. Came off the bat at 106 mph and cleared the center field wall.

Can always put caveats on things you see in the fall, but this is the first I've seen of Grayson Willoughby, and it's as impressive as we've read about the past year and a half. Fastball in the upper 90s with swing and miss on the offspeed against veteran college hitters.

First look at freshman left-hander Joey Ansell. Looks every bit of the 6-6, 235-pounds his profile lists him as. Fastball sat around 90 mph with a changeup in the upper 70s.
