Community Manager & Connector . I turn contributor programs into systems that keep working after campaigns end.Building with @voicecc. Get started on ➛
People think making a group active automatically makes you a community manager, it doesn't. A regular member can make a group active, too.
Here's what I've learned from my own experience and observing others that separates a real CM from someone who just chats in a group.
1. Understand the project.
Know the product, roadmap, and team. If you can't explain what the project does clearly, you'll lose credibility fast.
2. Don't chase numbers.
Don't force people to join just so you can say you grew the community. Growth matters, but having the right people who actually care about the project matters more.
3. Listen, don't just reply.
People join communities for different reasons. Take time to understand them instead of treating every conversation like a message you need to answer.
4. Pay attention to repeated questions.
They often reveal gaps in onboarding, missing documentation, or confusing processes. Don't just keep answering the same questions. Find ways to fix the root problem.
5. Keep things organized.
Clear rules, useful channels, and organized discussions make a community easier to navigate. Members shouldn't have to struggle to find what they need.
6. Build real relationships.
You'll meet people with more experience, influence, or knowledge than you. Stay humble. Learn from them and build genuine relationships.
7. Be fair, even when it's personal.
If your friend has an issue with another member, don't automatically take your friend's side. Understand what happened and handle it fairly.
8. Know your audience.
You can't manage a launchpad community the same way you'd manage a memecoin community. Understand the project and adapt your approach.
9. Keep records of your work.
Document members onboarded, feedback collected, issues raised, and problems solved. When someone asks what you've actually done as a CM, you'll have something real to show.
Anyone can moderate a Telegram chat.
Real CMs build trust, bring order, solve problems, and make people feel at home.
What's one thing you'd add to this list?🦇
@Hivepaysol Probably the inside joke the community already won't stop repeating. Would you want the first few launches to be as random as possible, or have some kind of theme?
@launchonnato@solana Redeeming whenever you want, with no waiting on the creator, is what separates this from most launches. Are you planning to show vault value per coin live on the token page?
@LootPlanetsRH Okay, now it makes sense why the site felt like a launchpad. Does the station's rarity change what your fleet can do, or is it mostly about early access?
Some art hits different when you can actually own it.

@gridpadnet Separating confirmed data from pending or unavailable is the detail that makes this credible. Most dashboards just show numbers and ask you to trust them.
The future of trading is moving beyond a single market.
KindPerps is an upcoming addition to the KindWorld ecosystem on Solana, designed to bring more trading opportunities into one platform.
With over 200 markets planned across crypto, stocks, US indices, commodities, and forex, KindPerps aims to give traders more flexibility in how they explore different markets.
Key features to look forward to include:
- Long and short positions
- Access to multiple asset classes
- A customisable desktop trading terminal
KindPerps is still in development, and I am looking forward to seeing how it develops within the KindWorld ecosystem.
Follow @kindworldlabs for official updates.
