February 9, 2023, Officers with Batesville Police Department arrested Barbara Hamilton and transported her to Panola County Jail. Hamilton was charged with Felony Aggravated Domestic Violence and Petit Larceny.
Hamilton is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
On February 3rd, Officers with Batesville Police Department conducted a traffic stop which led to the arrest of Jesus Pena. Pena was charged with Felony Possession of Controlled Substance and Improper Tag Display. Pena is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
