I have wasted over 5 hours on the phone trying to contact a customer service representative to help me from Qantas. I have always supported the company, I am a frequent flyer and no help and just wasting time on hold. Can someone help me.#Qantas

Thank you for cancelling our flights this morning. Cost another 1000 to fly with someone else.
Staff did not care.... must be company policy
