Is it just me or has this become the most draining part of the job of teaching, I don’t think this has always been the case. But at the minute... the burnout of behaviour management is real.

The worst part of the interaction in the video is that an administrator will likely tell the substitute teacher what they did wrong instead of giving meaningful consequences to the student.
