You don't need a big team to grow.
You need the right strategy, and content that actually converts.
I combine growth strategy with AI video storytelling to help founders and creators build brands that get noticed, build trust, and make money.
DMs open 😌😌
@EvanYadegari@10x_apps Well... the playbook is smart, but equity is expensive capital.
20-40% is big.
Before giving 20–40% away, prove the influencer can consistently drive buyers, not just views. A few paid test posts can tell you more than a generous equity deal will.
@TTrimoreau Mose likely Customer support.
The first hire should help you hear what’s breaking, what users need, and why they might leave before problems cost you money.
@juliapintar Hey guys, I create realistic UGC videos. If you're looking to scale your content output without the expensive traditional cost, my DM's are wide open 😊😊
@aryanlabde The issue is actually not with vibecoding, the real challenge isn't shipping code anymore. It's solving a problem someone cares enough to pay for. Those are two very different skills that you have to master.
@TTrimoreau When people start asking for it before it's finished.
Interest is nice, but demand shows up when people are willing to wait, pay, or keep following up.
Audience. A great product without distribution is a hidden gem. An audience gives you feedback, trust, and a launchpad. You can improve a product after launch, but it's much harder to create attention from scratch.
So yes, audience comes first.
True.
Your product is valuable when it solves a pain point.
But you also won't make a dime from it if you don't consistently put it in front of the right people.
Distribution is still so very important 💯
@omarvvvr If your product genuinely solves a painful problem, you shouldn't have to convince people it's useful. The real challenge is getting it in front of the right people.
@pmitu "Focus on user retention" is really really important.
You can be doing all you can to get more users but if retention is broken, you'll only end up wasting time and money.
