@Dogswithjobs41 That is horrible, poor dogs! That is a terrifying experience for you all, my heart goes out to you! You feel so helpless, just trying to save your dogs. Evil little ***** those people are 💕💕💕💕🐾🐾 sending love and healing vibes
Today, on his birthday, we celebrate our late Ambassador Paul O’Grady.
Paul was a passionate animal lover, an LGBT icon, and a dear friend of Battersea. He will always be remembered as a hero to us and the animals whose lives he changed. 💙
During her working years she's been kicked, punched and has teeth missing ....but, she loved working as a PD and I loved being by her side each & everyday.
Now, she's enjoying retirement & still has a smile on her face.
I love her to bits
A stolen vehicle was pursued by Police officers including PD Nero and handler. Stinger was deployed and 3 persons decamped from the vehicle and ran off. PD Nero located the driver in gardens nearby and with great teamwork the other 2 persons were located and arrested nearby 🐾🐶
Dog Refuses To Leave Downed Soldier. Sergeant Hayes and his K9, Atlas, were more than partners. Hayes had raised Atlas from his first days in training. They slept near each other on missions, cleared buildings together, and when Hayes gave a command, Atlas trusted him without hesitation. Then one patrol turned into an ambush.
Hayes was hit while trying to get his unit out of a narrow alley. He fell against the wall, barely able to move, as the rest of his platoon was forced back by gunfire. But Atlas never left. He stood over Hayes, barking toward the alley and blocking anyone who tried to get close. When two attackers rushed in, Atlas defended him without hesitation. Two confirmed kills were credited to the K9 that day.
By the time reinforcements reached the alley, Atlas was still standing over Hayes, injured, exhausted, and refusing to move. Only after Hayes was carried to safety did Atlas finally collapse beside him. Months later, Atlas was given one medal for saving his handler’s life. But when they placed it around his neck, he didn’t look at the crowd. He looked at Hayes. Because to Atlas, he wasn’t a hero. He was just protecting his person.
Brought home a 9 week old puppy in Oct and I've spent every day since training him, exposing him to as many different sights and sounds as possible.
Extremely proud to say that today I've successfully licensed Hutton with a 100% pass! 🎉🎉🐾
Even more amazing that he's still so
young at only 9 months old 👌🏻
It's been a rollercoaster at times, as he's spirited, but the end result is an amazing Search Dog, who's not scared of anything.
The joint working with the HMP North East Dog Section is an ongoing honour, and an example of what can be achieved when services work together.

Indoor enrichment and advanced feather response training is an essential part of my role within the ticket office.
Current skill level:
Excellent pouncing.
Questionable professionalism.

Have I ever shown you what it's like inside a Polytunnel?
Colin grows plants like Sweet Peppers in there because they need to be kept warm.
I think gardening is a bit too complicated for me.
How do humans know what plants like?
Betty says that some humans have Green Fingers but that sounds so weird to me.
Have you ever heard of it?
Are any of your fingers green?
