Oh my god, there’s just a ton of explicit, sexual content all over any posts anymore. I’m officially deleting Twitter off of my phone- I did not consent to see this.
@literarey Oh gosh, yes. I don’t have time for boring books when there is so much else out there to read.
Spanish Love Deception and Caraval are the first books that come to mind. I may have gotten through a single chapter, MAYBE.
@MandaMaes_1 However, my husband also teaches so he understands how I operate and WHY i operate in that way. He waits for me to come inside instead of wondering what’s going on 😂
@MandaMaes_1 I definitely do. I have to decompress in my car before I walk inside. I also do this because my dogs are a bit needy, and it’s nice to have time for a moment where absolutely no one and nothing at all needs my attention.
@mightbeautistic This book is religion/spirituality based, but the author provided a lot of ideas for different types of moving meditations that I had never considered before. Very good if your hyper fixations involve any sort of nature
@mightbeautistic There are different types of meditation that you can do while moving around: walking meditations, yoga, tai chi, etc. Guided meditations are also handy because they give your mind something to focus on, and you can practice with those until you get a routine that works for you.

They’re only 3 ingredients and suuuper easy to make. The only time consuming thing was gutting the lemon, but you can put them in lil glasses or bowls.
I added vanilla extract.
