Dianna Russini has issued a statement:
“I did something this past weekend that I am deeply ashamed of. If I have hurt anyone out there, I can't tell you how much I say from the bottom of my heart I'm so very, very sorry. I pride myself and think of myself as a woman of faith, as there's a drive into deep left field by Castellanos and that'll be a home run. And so that'll make it a 4-0 ballgame. I don't know if I'm going to be putting on this headset again.”
@SavageCabbage_2@hell_let_loose Hard disagree. Could argue that they should create more loadouts in HLL maybe 2 extra per class (especially w/ medic being limited). But I like that it's situational. Grease gun balanced with c4 in US Raider-Assault class. Tommy would make it way too strong.
"So you had all your savings in the counter-strike skins market"
"yes Dave"
"and Valve came in and wiped out 80% of your portfolio with a single update"
"That's correct, Dave"
"uh huh"
@stankRat_ I actually looked and people aren't wrong. Took one scroll. Guy is actually a fucking pedophile. Might be one of the seldom cases where I agree with censors. It's strange behavior to not just undue the retweet. But I also think these losers deserve the gallows for that loli shit.
@SteadyCoopin Maybe if this was the main PGAT event. This might as well be a KFT event. PGA is clueless to give him an invite in the first place without realizing he'd want the ability to film on the course. It'd be even crazier if they wouldn't allow filming behind the ropes with a lav mic.
Clutching pearls over some no name KF player not getting a spot (who will inevitably go on to miss the cut anyway). Yet these same guys will say they want to grow the game for younger folks. Hack. You want young eyes on the game? Let them film. Blame the PGA for being inflexible.
Imagine turning down a PGA Tour invite you have no business receiving in the first place because you can't film for YouTube.
There are guys out there GRINDING their tails off to make it as pros. Invite one of them.
STOP wasting invites on YouTubers.
and I don't even like grant horvat. In fact find him to be an insufferable dork but to deny him filming a round of what a PGA tour event is like that can capture 10x the audience is the dumbest logic ever. And then piss your pants mad at him instead of calling the Tour.. moronic.
https://t.co/xgP0zTD54l t-shirts are cool but heaven forbid a YouTube golfer film his 2 rounds of 80+ to make everyone realize how elite these guys really are.
Respect the traditions of the game!
(At least the traditions I personally agree with.)
Traditions can change...but only up until they match my opinion. After that, you're wrong. 😉
Golf’s "traditions" constantly evolve. Your collared shirt, shorts, and baseball cap would look absurd to golfers from a century ago...
...yet the game survived, adapted, and grew. Traditions aren't fixed; they're fluid.
Respecting the course, staff, fellow golfers, and pace of play matters because they directly impact everyone's enjoyment. Policing what someone wears doesn't.
Welcoming more people doesn't degrade golf; gatekeeping does. Golf thrives when we embrace what's new without fearing change. After all, every tradition we have today started as a change.
