@AnthonyGermain Everything in moderation. My grandmother was healthy as a horse until she died at 96, and she often ate canned meats, salt fish and salt beef which the hoidy toidy's among us would label "unhealthy" and she barely saw a fresh veggie or fruit beyond the basics.
