@tobycarvery Disappointed in today's visit to The Brittania Inn, Cleadon Village. It looks very outdated inside and needs some modernisation. Also a good clean. The men's toilets need a deep clean & repaint to remove graffiti & toilet paper on ceiling. Nice friendly staff. 👍

@GreggsOfficial Disappointed in the iced caramel drinks today that I bought for my wife and I. Hardly any ice. Warm milk that had a strange taste and short measures. Not worth the £6.00 for two of them. Poor customer service too.
