Dear @CityBoyMedia This is a challenge. Use the same structure for mobilizing votes, to heal peoples suffering too. Instead of spending millions of naira on campaign gifts, let every state coordinator optimize 3 primary healthcare centres with solar power, running water and medical supplies. That would reduce the 27,000 dysfunctional PHC's we have by 111.
