About to put my first flip under contact, took 2 months and countless offers but finally got one. Was definitely getting discouraged. Should make $50-$60k worse case scenario make $30k and learn the process. Win win deal
Welp, my business is just about sold. 10% of sales for the next 3 years plus earnest money. Selling to another company I’ve collaborated with before. Happy to know what I’ve built is going to continue to grow. On to the next chapter.
After 2026 I plan to be mostly delegated out of Upstate Softwash. Next will be building Upstate Exteriors. I want to build 5 companies including Upstate Softwash that are dedicated to Exterior Services (Roofing, Siding, Pest Control, HVAC etc.) looking for ideas, shoot them below
Trying to scale a pressure washing company is retarded but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I feel like if I can get a pressure washing company over 7 figs I can scale anything. Maybe not idk
@privatejetman Yeah I’d agree. I’m more so referring to higher ticket services businesses like roofing. I have no interest in anything like that. Service businesses and real estate is my path to wealth
Man it took a couple years of wanting to blow my brains out monthly, but finally to the point in business where I’m just having fun. I feel like it’s in easy mode right now, I’m just selling jobs building relationships and doing the stuff I enjoy. Everything else is delegated 🙏
Lost $70k worth of apartment complex bids today that I was 100% sure were all ours. Deciding factor? The other company can start them next week. We can’t start until 2nd week of June. Been working on this relationship for over a year so this was a shot to the gut.
