@phoboska @Ubisoft Should I uninstall Odyssey first before I try & uninstall/reinstall the UbiSoft client &that I hope I wont be asked for the key code because I cant see/find my product key from steam &maybe in doing this I can relink my Steam to my Ubisfot account again Im have an issue with that

@phoboska @Ubisoft Yeah I tired that too nothing happens& their support is terrible my open cases keep getting closed I will get a new USB stick to save my games files thats what you mean right I also have all the dlcs &other items like the zuse pack& about my achievements do I need to save them to

@phoboska @Ubisoft Maybe I will try a roll back on my graphics card but I never did it before hand & I dont really know how to at the moment or should I try uninstalling/reinstalling the game first? I also bought the game through the Steam store not UniSoft + I dont want to lose all my bought items

@MonsieurEMachin @Ubisoft Yes I did it twice&even dispite it read fixed missing/error like flies that game will only launch the logo, and my GPU is also set to my nividia GTX 1050 Ti graphics card the only thing that I have not tried is to actually uninstall then reinstall ACO game both from steam&ubisoft

@UbisoftSupport & I have already done that my GPU is set to my Nivivda graphics card but the game still doesnt fully launch where I'm able to actually play, as I sent a photo in my previous message only the logo shows & starts up but then nothing else happens after as I will send the same photo.

@UbisoftSupport No it just wont launch the only thing that loads is the logo screen and then nothing happens after that I put a pic but you should know this as I have already stated it in my open case& that I have given you all the things you requested like dxdiag file my Msinfo& my dbdadta.DLL

@Ubisoft No thanks #Ubisoft I cant even play #AssassinsCreedOdyssey &support either doesnt want to help me on my issue & or they dont know how plus they keep closing my open cases without any usefull help & they know I bought the game from #steam which they also dont really help me either

@UbisoftSupport I havent recivced any HELP from you Ubisoft support I have also sent two DM messages and even a help open support case from your website on Wed April 5th since you don't have a proper E-mailing adderss for help I am still waiting for a reply back and help to fix my issue with ACO
